Summary: Working on behalf of an existing developer client.
Commissioned to examine development options for a large site adjacent to the Canal. The proposals to incorporate the Canal as a prized asset.
The resultant proposals included:
a) the creation of a mooring basin on the Canal.
b) the creation of a “whole life” village.
c) Such a village / community would incorporate a broad range of business and service options in addition to a substantial range of house types being built.
d) given the available aids for elderly and infirm which assist them living on their own, this to be a development which in its entirety caters for those with some form of frailty.
